GASS is real people racing real stockcars without the associated costs or time commitments of managing their own race team. To qualify all you need is to be 45 years or older and have a passion for highly competitive auto racing.

Participants in GASS drive identically prepared high performance stockcars powered by custom built +400HP dry-sump pushrod V8's with four-barrel Holley carburetors mated with 4 speed Jerico transmissions and quick change rear-ends. As a nod to the manufacturer rivalries from the glory days of stock car racing, drivers have choice to run a Ford, Chevy or Dodge.

The cost of racing in the Great American Stockcar Series is less than any current driving experience offered in the market today and remains the only series to provide actual wheel to wheel competition with the opportunity to capture a championship on national television.

For those looking for the next great adventure in their lives and driving a race-ready stock car in full blown competition sounds appealing, then GASS just might be the solution for your insatiable need for speed. For additional information on how to become a part of the Great American Stockcar Series contact John Potts at info@gasstv.com or call 919-838-5210

The BMW PRO3 racing group will be starting their 9th season of exciting racing in 2011 here in the Pacific Northwest.

The PRO3 class was introduced in 2003 with the emphasis on driver development. We race with the sanctioning body ICSCC. The class is based on the rugged and readily available BMW E30 325i that was manufactured for the North American market between 1987 and 1991. For more information on the history of this race class, visit the PRO3 site at: www.pro3-racing.com.

PRO3 is the fastest growing class of race cars in ICSCC. This rapid growth is due in no small part to the sense of camaraderie within the group. PRO3 drivers are all amateur road racers. Most received their start in car club driving events before moving up to pure racing. By day they are chefs, architects, pilots, engineers, physicians and other occupations. All have a love for racing and the camaraderie of racing with each other in the PRO3 class.
